RETURN POLICY

We know that shopping online is not that easy when it comes to choosing the right size. We took steps to make it for you as easy as possible. You will find a product measurements table by each product, so if you can't decide which size to choose, measure a similar garment that you own at home and compare it with the dimensions of the product in the table.

 

 

 Terms & Conditions

Here are our rules if you want to return an item and get a refund:

  •  Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene seal must be remaining in place.

  •  Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, sweat or other substance on them.

  •  Item must be returned within 14 days since the order was received.

 

 

 

How?

 

Fill in the return form which you can download here.

(We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package. We do not accept any other self created return forms). Shipping costs for your return will not be covered by us.

 

Please note: returns will ONLY be accepted when shipped. Returns delivered personally by customers to our return address will NOT be refunded!

How long does it take?

 

Once we've received your returned item(s), we will process it within 14 days.

Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages. 

 

Costs Of Return

 

Shipping costs for your return will not be covered by us. Returns sent by cash on delivery or to an address other than the one listed above will not be accepted. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s). We recommend insuring the shipment.

Exchange

 

We don't exchange products due to limited stock. Do you need another size? Please return the item, and order the right size.

Damaged item

​If you have received a damaged item, please email us at hello@bymaccu.com with:

 - description of damage 

- attach the proof of the purchase (the invoice)

- attach images or a short video of the imperfections

So we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 24 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

Complaints & Warranty period

During the warranty period of 24 months, you are entitled to free rectification of an error caused by the manufacturer, supplier or seller. Email us at hello@bymaccu.com with:

 - description of damage 

- attach the proof of the purchase (the invoice)

- attach images or a short video of the imperfections

So we can determine the validity of the complaint and  the next course of action. We have 14 days to handle the complaint since the date of delivery of all necessary documents.
